Should I take it as a concern when few coworkers joke or blurt out stuff like?

So there is a guy coworker who I work with and Anyways there is nothing going on between us but there are few coworkers who blurted out stuff like do you and John hang out together outside of work or do stuff outside I said no there is nothing going on or someone else mentioned do y’all text each other ( we don’t ) or you guys just need to make up with a kiss etc like am I overthinking
