If you meet someone online, you both get very nicely have great long meaningful and funny talks... then you meet him/her and you see that he/she has a quite dark complexion...

Would it change your feeling for the person? Would you friend zone him/her or maybe ignore this person after meeting because of the dark complexion? Or this won't change a bit and you'd still have same feelings for him/her?

Initially shocking. But I'll move on accept the dark complexion and love him/her as it was earlier

No, not really. Skin color only matters if that's a big part of the person's identity. If I got along with them online, and got to know them as far as you can get to know someone online, and I didn't know they were black, I guess being black isn't a big part of their identify, so I wouldn't care about their skin color.

Considering im also black, though of a lighter complexion, yes I’d still date my own race. I find darker complexions in general to be hotter… The Idris Elbas and Reggies Bush’s, tan non-black men (white, hispanic, etc), and i even prefer Indian men with a darker complexion
