I am a 22 years old guy, attractive, tall, kind. The girl I like is 29 and I really like her, she seems to like me back but mentioned to my friend she wants older men. How can I make her know I am very mature even though I am young?

She's 29, so not that much older than you... But, if you are really mature she will see it, she might feel weird about dating somebody with your age gap simply because that's how people (especially women) are.. They really don't like guys younger than them most times.. Especially more than 3 years.. But just try and pursue it if you want, and see where it goes at least..

It would only be through your actions, how you carry yourself, how you dress, how you speak, how you handle awkward situations, how you handle bad situations etc.

You can't just display it at once it takes time. In all honesty she likely will not see it in you, a 29 year old girl is quite a bit of a difference for a 22 year old guy as it's usually the other way around

First of all there are many reasons beyond maturity for why a woman may want an older man; if she grew up with values not to date younger, wants someone with more life experience, wants to have kids already and thinks a younger man won’t be ready, wants a provider or, like in my case I just find older guys more attractive.
