When I am in family, everyone thinks I am mature enough. But when I am with the people who I like genuinely, I tend to behave really immature.

Maturity is not a title you can claim for yourself. It's similar to the title, "Champion" or "Hero". It must be bestowed by others.
Maturity comes from imitating others that are more mature. Then realizing it better suits the situation at hand. AKA: hand out with older people.

But when I am young people or the people other then my family, I just act immature.

I believe joy builds your strength which might explain why people who have long term depression tend to be weaker when bad things happen.

My definition of a mature person is somebody who has strength and does not get angry easily.
Well I don't get angry, I don't show emotions, forgive easily, but I can't stand betrayals, lies
