As a female. Shut up more. People view you as nicer, smarter, more mature, more whatever If you say your opinion less and rub the people the wrong way less.
yes it’s sexist. But the reality of society we still live in. Hard lesson I had to learn. The less I said the better I came across in almost every category of my life.

as a male. Be more respectful in language and practice more common courtesy behaviour such as holding doors open and such. These attitudes and behaviours will be seen as grown up and mature.

What makes a person intelligent is the desire to keep learning new things. The more you proactively try to pick up new skills the more likely you are to learn.
read, watch movies, learn new hobbies, travel, take pictures
talk to other people

The more enriching experiences you subject yourself to, the more you'll be curious about new things in life... all you need to do is pursue those opportunities and master new skills
