Why am I feeling so strongly about someone who doesn’t want me?

I almost feel like I don’t want to be here… I feel that sad. It’s not like I’ve known him for a long time but something about him still pains me and I’ve tried everything to let go..

It’s been 7 months since we last spoke… and I still feel this heavy feeling in my heart… I feel like he caused me unnecessary pain. I feel like he possibly lied to me, disrespected me/ intentionally tried to hurt me..

We weren’t in a relationship but I feel like we were in the stages of getting to know each other and I really had my guard in the beginning. I take accountability for the parts that I played out of fear but he finished it in a way I truly didn’t see coming.

I feel most hurt because I feel like he possibly lied to me and I feel that he intentionally hurt me and it’s hard to accept because he made me feel safe to an extent.. he cared enough to figure me out when I was guarded

I didn’t say I knew them. I actually mentioned that I didn’t.. this stems from something else that I felt he represented.. possibly something I’ve been needing. He is attractive to me but I’ve never found myself lusting for him

True but mine was out of personal hurt… I don’t know for sure but I do believe that he was only after sex or a sexual relationship when I made it clear that wasn’t what I wanted

I feel possibly deceived and how he went about ending things makes me feel like he either had someone all along
