Because if a guy don't like girls who are more masculine than them, they're always seen as insecure men who don't like being infuriated. So what about the other way around? I'm just wondering how you would view that.

I don’t think either has anything to do with insecurities. Women just say that nonsense because they can’t accept that not being chased has anything to do with their own choices.
The rules are basically the same for both genders. If you want to be attractive to them, you have to make yourself attractive to them. You don’t get to make yourself a certain way with no consideration for what others find attractive and then demand that they be attracted to you. Ell oh ell!
Women have been doing that a long time now. Men have started flipping it on them, hoping they’d get the hint. For an entire gender that deals primarily in hints and connotations rather than direct communication, they sure aren’t good at picking up hints themselves. Ell oh ell!
