It’s nice but it wouldn’t work cause of the anti-gravity issues. Unless it’s eaten on the moon, but it’d also pose some difficulty. While you may not have to eat upside down ON the moon you may need something easy to process, so nothing got stuck in the esophagus.

I never seen anyone eat on the moon itself, and I’ve only seen people/astronauts eat upside down in space/space craft.

But it’s an awfully nice and romantic idea/gesture.

I flew to Cleveland, with a date in my small plane, at night (suicidal at night in a single engine plane) and had dinner at the Red Baron restaurant... is that close?

It felt like going to the moon !

I wish I could be born at a time when flights like that were common place, sadly not true now.

Flying to the moon for dinner sounds like a fun idea just as long as you aren’t eating outside. As for your date if sparks fly on the mood life is good & if your date doesn’t go well you can always leave that person there.

What a waste of money and resources. And that'll be a shit kind of meal and a lot of work for something I can enjoy on Earth not out of a pouch.

If the guy bought me pizza and watched a livestream of some space thing and then revealed he'd donated to contribute to the mission (in my name or my cat's name), then brilliant. That is a much better dinner date. Then we can also enjoy sex without worrying about getting stuck floating in the middle of a tube hurtling through the cold vaccum of space.
