Im 25 he's 24 but said his age range is 19-27 why is that making me insecure?

Age is just a number. I'm 30 and I'd date any girl from the range of about 18 to 45. Although I doubt I'd be compatible with someone as young as 18 or as old as 45, as long as someone has similar views, interests, goals in life, sense of humor, sexual compatibility, flowing communication, and we're both physically attracted to each other, l don't see why I wouldn't date them.
