2.9K opinions shared on Dating topic. I believe that most people that judge other people in a way they don't like themselves so they push that on to other people
So they can feel the same thing that they are feeling people that judge create drama..
And drama takes you away from your daily task of the positive things that you're supposed to be doing become a better person. .
We're supposed to become one with self one with others and one with this universe and when you're doing this and becoming who you truly are meant to become there's always going to be somebody that tries to bring you down to their level to take you back from that energy that emotion that you're feeling by becoming one and loving yourself and loving others it's almost like evil versus good in a roundabout way. .
If you think about it there's always somebody trying to bring you down trying to make you feel the way they feel and live the life they're living when it happens you just have to smile and keep moving because if you get caught up in it then they got you right where they want you let it go.
Don't get caught up in their drama. Because all it does is hold you back10 Reply

1 yIt's human nature to judge. Anyone who thinks otherwise is delusional. We all judge subconsciously. It's a defensive mechanism in humans.
Do you get scared of spiders? Snakes? That's based on appearance and it's judging.
Do you have a type physically? Does that type tend to correlate to having specific personality traits? That's judging.
Do you get intimidated by massive guys that look like their smile could kill a baby? Judging.
Do you get fearful of guys walking with hoodies behind you at night? Judging.
Do you get up for pregnant women and elderly on public transit? Why don't you treat everyone the same? That's judging.
Do you treat babies differently from adults? Judging.
Do you think dogs are better than most humans? Judging.
What about walking by a homeless man that looks like he's a crack addict, eyeing you suspiciously, and looks like he might have a weapon in his pocket? You'd probably move by a little faster than usual, right?
Would you walk into an interview with pajamas? Would you hire someone that walked into an interview for your business with pajamas? Probably not, right. That's because we judge.
I can go on and on and on, but everything we do in life is judging. Accept reality. Outward appearance matters. How people dress and present themselves tends to reflect their personality as well. We also judge on personality obviously, but that part comes after we physically judge someone.00 Reply
1 yComparing yourself to others is a lazy way of not improving yourself. "Oh, look at that guy! He can't even fix his car!" or "look at all these people on G@G who use 'your' when they mean 'you're'!"
This is to make ourselves feel superior, and the more superior we feel, the less we feel like we need to improve ourselves.
The only people you should compare are the you that is vs. the you that could be.20 Reply
Some people are just so insecure and lie that they aren’t so they need to make others feel how they do.
People are childish and I swear their brain stops growing cause they can’t comprehend people have different hobbies, music tastes, interests etc10 Reply

1 yOur brains work off pattern recognition and association.
when someone breaks the pattern we’ve learned through our life, it sticks out like a sore thumb.
in terms of behavior, when we see a pattern we don’t recognize, most people are going to have a negative emotional response just because you don’t know what to expect. More adventurous people are likely to be the opposite by the way.
so in terms of how the brain works, you have this structure in your head that is expecting something and it recognizes a break in the pattern so now your brain is no longer in recall mode, it’s in recording mode. Think: first impression means everything.
if you’ve never seen dreads before when you see them, your brain might associate the dreads with your mother telling you if you don’t brush your hair it will get gross. Even though there’s no logical connection between dirty hair and dreads just yet, it’s associated because your brain is trying to use past experience to make guesses about the world around you.
this is a very simplified example and it’s a little more complicated than this but those complications are more about how this process changes from person to person.
another person might look at the dreads and think the other person has high value, special knowledge about hair or maybe the person with dreads might think the straight haired people lack traditions and therefore morals or their hair might not be healthy enough to support dreads.
Now that this has been written to memory it’s especially mailable because it’s new in formation that doesn’t have a lot of connections/associations yet.
This means your negative or positive connotation is the side your brain is likely to lean towards until you decide to think about these things consciously and objectively. But the longer it goes on the harder it is to do so impartially.

Anonymous(45 Plus)1 yBecause everybody has to be right. And it's not enough for them to think a certain way, everybody has to conform to thier way of thinking.
That's why the internet is so friendly.🙃😆 to quote the movie Jay and Silent Bob strike back "that's what the internet is for, slandering others anonymously". There's only 2 steps to an argument on the internet 1. Have an opinion 2. Wait. 😆

1 yPeople judge each other because they are not content with their life and want to compare themselves to others. I personally don’t care what a person does. With there life or choices I know I’m not perfect so I see no reason to judge anyone I also don’t have a set biased opinion towards anything or anyone. I’m not a separatetist

m 1 yBecause humans are judgmental arseholes. I think everyone does it at sometime often about really stupid things,
where did you want it put?
10 Reply723 opinions shared on Dating topic. Stupid question. To any given person, people are a part of their environment, and judging their environment is how they operate within it. They need to know where they can go or not go, what they can eat or not eat, what does or doesn't constitute a threat, etc.
You might as well be asking why people live.00 Reply16.8K opinions shared on Dating topic. It is usually a deflection technique to make up for their own miserable existence.
10 ReplyPeople like to judge or criticize others because it makes them feel superior. Sadly it boils down to a bolstering of their own ego because they feel small or have low self esteem.
