Guys, would you ever date a women on food stamps?

Let's say you meet a beautiful women in her 30's, even though she's beautiful you find out she's on food stamps, lives with her parents and works as a nanny/ babysitter. Would she still be worth dating if her economic situation was bad or that you were the one who made much more money?

Really depends on why she is in this situation and how motivated she is to get out of it.

Many people do hit hard lumps in the road. I know I did in my early 30s when I went through a bout of deep depression after a very bad breakup and major shift in my lifestyle (went from free wheeling adventurer to a more “settled” career focused guy).

I briefly lived at home and it absolutely sucked. Never took a penny of financial support though. I hated my then job but I didn’t quit it out of negative “feelings”. Didn’t take anything from the government nor from my family. I wrote my parents a check very week for rent. It was only 100 bucks a week but I maintained my dignity/pride of not being a dead beat or a freeloader.

But one night after a long drive in the mountains (just to think) I got angry and motivated. Told myself I was better then where I was. I was ready to be bold and make changes to improve my situation. I then connected with some old colleagues, look around online, prayed hard and I got interviewed for a job that was a long shot. But they gave me a chance and I landed it! I worked very hard and impressed my colleagues and manager. Doubled my salary in a year. A year later I paid off all my debt and bought a fixer upper house which I fixed up and it’s very nice today.

It really comes down to the persons resolve. If this person feels at all content or worse entitled to tax payer funded hand outs then I want absolutely nothing to do with them. They are likely looking for someone to come “save them”.

But if they are ashamed and more importantly motivated to work hard to improve themselves that’s a different story. It really depends on their attitude.

And everybody has extra time somewhere (unless she is working 80 hours a week which I highly doubt).

No doubt this woman has off time where she lounges around when she should be working on methods to improve her situation. Whether it be a part time job, meaningful education, side hustle, etc. But she probably avoids working more money just she doesn’t want to lose her government entitlements.

Why does it Matter if she`s on food stamps, low income, or none at all, is not like i`m sleeping in bed with her stamps, or talk to them, or hold their hand, etc... that means there are many women that they "look" at the guy`s Wealth instead of personality... shees...

Yes , I can date a woman who struggles financially. I won’t date a woman whose not financially responsible however. Because she will just blow your money.

If I learned this on a first date what I would prioritize and understanding why she is living like she is and her plan for the future. If over time she doesn’t show signs of accomplishing goals then no I wouldn’t keep dating her.

Well tbh if a grown woman doesn’t want to clean or cook (or learn to cook) then ig she would assume more male trad roles like home repair and lawn maintenance? Ideally both partners in a relationship will work and team up at home to get things done.

Yeah but I'd notice that men say they want a business women who isn't poor but then you go outside into the real world and you see all kinds of people in relationships. In short I learned that if a woman is extremely beautiful she will get married, she'll find love. :/

Ohhh. That’s because guys and girls don’t know 100% of what they need. They may say they know but lots of that is based on what they see or have been taught. Once they get into the relationship they find out if their needs are met and if they can grow with the other person.

Sure, extremely good looking people get married but I’m guessing more average looking people find and sustain love. See Hollywood as an example as celebs are known to be very attractive yet many get divorced after a year or two
