This is a guy I've been talking to online we do movie nights once a week usually. We live pretty far but he wants to visit me this year.

And other friends can join the movie night but a few times we have ended up alone. Last night he said I enjoy these hangouts. He said to get some sleep 'my love'. Kept calling me 'cutie' and love. He is flirty and I like him. We flirt pretty much daily. It's light hearted so does it mean anything?

Most guys realize that they would have to be absolutely insane to call a woman "love" if they only saw her as a platonic friend.

Whether that mean he will continue to want a relationship with you is a totally different question, but he definitely sees you romantically at this point.

I think almost anyone would. I know that I would feel manipulated if a woman did that to me (assuming there wasn't some extremely obvious thing about the situation that made it clear she wasn't saying it romantically).
