Guys, Does he like me?

There is a guy in my class and we never spoke until a month ago when he chose to sit next to me during class He kept whispering even tho he didn't need to and he told me I had pretty hands? We didn't speak again until recently but we kept making eye contact and lots of smiles. My friends even got to a point where they thought he was a little creepy because he stared so intense. Every time I talked or walked or did anything he stopped everything he was doing and he didn't do that for others and there was an incident where a bit of sexual talk was included but only a little. His friends also laugh every time he comes near and they stare and wink and leave us alone. A couple days ago I sat at his table with some mutual friends and we sat really close to each other and at some points really touched foreheads and everything. He didn't seem interested tho so I don't know also he sometimes ignores me on purpose and it's clear.
