Then I'd say get the rubbing going again - start real gentle and sensual. As you do, suggest putting on some chill music in the background without words. Mention how hot their bodies feel.

When things start heating up again, start kissing necks and ears. Whisper little things about how good they both look/feel. Slip a compliment in there too - their eyes, smile, whatever. Compliments always help get the mood flowing again.
