Lemme ask you this: if a man won't approqch a wiman, does that mean he isn't masculine. Men jist get all flustered, fidgety and weird when I am being as open smiley as possible giving them every in to do the "manly" thing and they just chicken out. Well I'd say there can be two possibilities
1) He is not into you.. Which is not your fault , no one is perfect for everyone
2) He is interested and didn't make a move despite you giving them obvious hints, and I would say that is less masculine and that expresses his less confidence and insecurity
