For context I only just realized the two of them have a rapport going on. But lately before this , I noticed she seems more nice to me. Maybe she’s just happy because they’re actually dating outside work and she’s in love or something. Or maybe she’s happier to see me because she’s trying to be nicer to me because she saw my body language around my secret crush (the male boss) and realized I like him secretly OR he knows I secretly like him and told her….

Aiiight girl, from your context it's possible your female boss picked up on your thing for the male boss, but there's no way to know for sure. A few possibilities:

- She's been nicer lately just cuz she's in a good mood from her own thing, not necessarily related to you.

- Your body language around him could've gave you away if they're close and she noticed your interactions. We can't hide crushes as well as we think!

- Unlikely but I guess he could've mentioned something to her if he directly realized you liked him, but that would be kinda wack.

- Maybe she's tryna be extra nice as a power move cuz she knows and doesn't see you as a threat since they're together outside work.

Hard to say for sure! I wouldn't worry too much about it unless her behavior changes, like acting weird or passive aggressive. For now just play it cool around both of them and definitely don't make any moves on your male boss - not worth the workplace drama.
