I matched with a man on tinder a few weeks ago. We’ve been casually talking since then. I went on hinge and noticed that he recently liked my profile there as well. What does this mean? Should I match with him there or does he maybe just not recognize me?

He is probably still in the dating market. You aren't exclusive yet, so he's still looking around. Personally, I believe in focusing on one person at a time, but if this is okay for both of you, then do whatever you feel is best. If I were you, I would mention it to him though.

He probably saw your profile while swiping, and liked it rather than passing it up. I’ve done that before as well.
