He is dating someone but acts like he likes me?

So I have a coworker who been acting like he’s attracted to me: all the positive signs like stares, glances, try to be around, big smiles, ask about my weekend every week, goes out of his way to help/talk to me, he would stand really close or lean into when we talk, and he’s not like that with other female coworkers.

I asked him the other day if he’s seeing anyone and he got uncomfortable and went ‘mmm it’s complicated, we been on dates couple times’

I’ve had couple occasions in the past where guys with their partners liked me approached me so I was like ok he’s just lusting and I was going to keep distance.

funny thing is he been approaching me more since that conversation

I’m just curious why is he approaching more? I feel like it should be the other way?

If he does this for you then he will do this to you. You guys date and the next new thing comes along and you will be like, "What's your name, now?"
