Is it alright that I’m not allowed to follow any girls, but it’s ok that my girlfriend follows guys?

So about two weeks ago, me and my girlfriend got into a little bit of a big argument because she saw that I was following girls and she didn’t like it so I unfollowed them and I said ok but then I saw that she follows other dudes and I got mad because She telling me to stop following girls, but she follows guys and I don’t say nothing about it. I guess my question is that is it ok she is allowed to follow guys, but I’m not allowed to follow any girls? I just want it to be equal and it makes me upset. to me it’s sounds hypocritical that she is telling me not to do something when she does the same

There's an old expression, "What's good for the goose is good for the gander..." If she's allowed, then you're also allowed (and vice versa). Good relationships don't function on double standards. This woman sounds toxic and manipulative.
