Is flirting with coworkers… bad?

First real job here, just started… my coworker is exactly my type, and I haven’t acted on it of course but I’m curious what the more experienced opinion is out there.

Also… is it a bad idea to follow him (and other coworkers!) on instagram? I seem to have gotten lucky with my workplace and everyone’s nice!

Stop and run away from any situation having to do flirting with co workers i would even go so far as to not follow them on social media. this is how work place drama occurs. If you date and break up its ganna be extra hard to work there. Save yourself the drama and make it a boundary to not fool around with co-works… dont say i didn't warn you lol
