No. It’s not. You can easily get yourself in a sexual harassment lawsuit with HR easily if you’re not careful.

and secondly , it’s never good to include personal life with work life. Keep flirting Ans eventually you will start finding yourself developing crushes , feeling butterflies , talking about personal life. Soon the work / personal life barrier will disappear. You will end up making exes, love triangles, dreaming about dating someone ,

Personally I don't but hey, they flirt with me with light banter. I just don't like where it goes when people get too comfortable as it should be a more professional setting.

I remember getting really uncomfortable when two of my co workers used to flirt, it's just really off-putting. It's not that i don't wish for them to flirt they seem to have a lot of fun, it's just i don't wanna hear that shit lol go somewhere else

That largely depends on a number of things. Most important is: Does you workplace allow relationships between coworkers?

Well, so long as you aren't interrupting someone's work, then you can. Just watch it. Someone can misread flirting for sexual harassment. That is something I would be worried about.

Depends on the job. For example I know that banks here don't allow relationships between members of staff.

If it's not too distracting and he can stay professional, sure , why not
