I live in the UK and am 18, I work for a school as an IT Technician, and due to this I am around a lot of attractive students around my age, however due to my job in the school I feel like I can't really approach girls that I like without it being deemed inappropriate. I don't know how to gain there attention and how to send messages that I'm interested in them, how to potentially escalate things to not being so friendly and instead more flirty, and how to not come across as a creep as they may be confused why someone who is working in the school is trying to flirt with them. Are there ways as females that you would like to be approached? Anyways I can try put across the message that I'm interested in them? Or anyways I can flirt with them?
