he flirts with her every chance he gets. Im the manager, i dont know if i should say smth

she ignores him and gives him fuck off tablets

he seems to get even more turned on by that

i mean, i hear stuff like :"you smell so good, lets get married, fuck my wife... if you are cold ill warm you up"

should i consider it personal issue or its professional and i must intervene
