Why do guys keep following girls they don't like? If a girl wants to delete her account, if there is no reason, she tells her to keep deleting it?

Ah man, that's really annoying when guys do stuff like that. Sometimes I think other dudes just follow girls to like boost their ego or make themselves feel better, even if they're not actually interested you know? Like just having a bunch of followers makes them feel cool or popular or something.

It's also possible this guy is keeping tabs on you just in case, even if he said your "appearance isn't what he wants". Some guys will say one thing but mean something else. Maybe deep down he is a little interested but doesn't want to admit it. Or he doesn't want you to delete your account in case he changes his mind later.

Either way, it's not really cool of him to tell you what to do with your own account. That's your choice to make, not his. I'd just ignore anything he says and do what you want. If deleting it is better for your mental health or you just don't want creeps following you, then delete away! Don't let some dude you're not even into have that kind of control. His opinion doesn't matter here. Just do what's best for you.
