Should I say something to him about this?

My boyfriend and I live together. He was on the phone in the other room but I walked past and heard a part of the conversation. I never mind him being on the phone. He has close friends, a mom and sisters. I’m not insecure but today was different because of what I heard him say over the phone. He wasn’t loud but I still heard him. I don’t have full context of the conversation but he said “I know I have a girlfriend but you still have a place in my heart.” Which makes me believe he wasn’t on the phone with one of his sisters or mom. I want to say something but I don’t know how to approach him about it without coming off as being the girlfriend who listens to his conversations. I could also be overthinking it.

Sigh... PRESUMING he's talking to an old friend who is feeling awkward about talking to him... it makes sense he would show some sense of caring. HOWEVER out of context there's no way for any of us to tell you what he meant. You should let him know you happened to overhear something in passing and you'd like him to clarify.
