So, I have my crushes' phone number but he doesn't know at all yet. One of his family member gave it to me in case I couldn't get to anyone else but, on that day I was actually gonna text him but I was convinced not to by someone but should I tell him at church or don't tell him at all?

I would text him and tell him that you got his number and would like to talk to him also you could wait to you see him in Church and talk it over with him and tell him there.
