I doubt it's devoid of black people and if it were in north Korea you wouldn't be on this website. I was just trying to tell you that racism has this bad, almost evil connotation when it literally is not always so. It's just racial ignorance, not everyone is intentionally racist. It comes from a place of ignorance. Its like me saying I don't date Asians, most of us don't live in Asia. There are Asians in most places, just because I don't see many doesn't mean the only place I'd see them is in Asia. I could have just said "I would, but there aren't too many around where I live" and a lot of things are racist, it's just recently that many have had the opportunity and freedom to elaborate on it.
