Girls, I met my ex again when I came to my hometown?

I dated him in high school, he didn't have a lot of ambition but he was tall and strong and I liked that. He has changed a lot, he joined the navy, he's even taller and stronger than in high school and he's hardworking now. It's been six years. He shaves his head now and in addition to looking strong and having tattoos on his arm, he sounds intelligent and constructive. When we met it was at a local diner. We chatted and got a bit close, and all of a sudden I wondered how my hair was looking and how my figure was looking. I folded my sleeves to show arms and knotted my shirt to give him a vew of my belly. He said " You look really great". He touched my arm and gave me a kiss on the cheek. He gave me a hug and said it was great seeing me and asked if we could meet before I went back. We parted ways and he touched my belly briefly before he left. He seems so different now but I don't know. He lives very far too.

What is with the touching of the belly thing among girls in this age range? Don't you learn about personal space? Why are you letting randos touch you that way?

Stop with the drama over your ex. He's your ex. Period. Don't make a Hallmark Romcom out of running into him just because you went back to your little home town. We all go back home and should reasonably expect to run into a few familiar people without letting them get all grabby.

Have some self respect. My goodness...
