I don’t know if I see this as a compliment lol, I’m from the UK, so when they say “countryside” they mean the English countryside… just to clarify I’m not ethnically English so they don’t mean I’m classically English. I’m defo not.

I have never ever heard that, I live rural but close to a couple cities. Having never heard it being used before, I would have to guess, it could be due to giving off wealthy and owning land type of thing, or into horses or you have a large SUV, or you look like you work on a farm.
I think he may associate you with idyllic rural landscapes, which is much more favorable than being associated with the failed mortgage company with a similar monicker. Oh
I think it could be a compliment. If you like the cottagecore, simple rural girl sorta vibe.
I don't. I want the "you're the witch with the crows and herb garden in the forest" vibes.
Luckily it was a friend and my cousin that agreed on this, not a guy. But I put this in the dating category as the other categories they made available to me didn’t make sense at all
That makes sense to me. in my opinion it is pretty nice.
To be fair, olden time doctors did prescribe convalescence in the countryside. So you can interpret it as you are very restful and restorative.
I've never heard of this expression. Possibly that you're simple... not as complicated as a city girl.

It is probably a compliment...
Rural parts are just plain nicer than the big cities.
It means you think wellies go with everything.
I haven’t worn wellies since I was like 11 lol
Maybe you stepped in something.
