What does it mean when a guy says you are "chill"?

I really like this guy and my friend who is our mutual friend brought up my name and he thinks I'm chill. He always chats me first and we have good conversations and I see him staring at me. Even today he randomly chatted me about nothing. Does he like me?

He feels comfortable around you, you have a similar understanding/opinion of things and can talk about just anything without causing drama in case you happen to disagree. You're no narcissist, not self-centered and easy-going.

It's just like I hang with my best friends, we talk about just anything without any problems. It's just chill, someone you like to be with.
