Me personally loves submissive girls’ but only when we are making out and having sex , but outside the bedroom , I like her to be her own person, as long as she is respectful and loyal to our relationship, I consider myself pretty laid back and easy going , and not controlling at all , unless she doesn’t follow boundaries that her and I set together , it’s like she expects me to follow them for her but she doesn’t do the same for me. No. I don't like being told what to do. Boundary stuff is different. I don't see that as being told. I see that as an agreement between two equals. I want a dominant man but by that I mean a man with his own mind. Not to control me bit to be equal to me. As I always end up having to take the lead, dominate, make the decisions. I don't want to have to be the boss all the time. I want to be able to defer and be vulnerable and put my trust in someone else for a change. That's different to me than "being told".

And again telling someone they are wrong when they are are wrong... that is again a communication thing not a dominant thing. She should equally be able to communicate when you are wrong.

The dom/sub thing does mostly stem from the dynamics of sex. Men have the tool (as I hear it referred to often lately). You have to do most of the work to make it feel good and get the rhythm. That feels dominant. But the woman is still an equal in agreeing to be in that position.

A woman doesn't have to suck Yr cock. She chooses and allows it and even allows you to be forceful about it. A woman that doesn't enjoy it will not "be submissive" about it. So its an illusion this dom/sub thing.

Yea I don’t like arguing either , but when it comes to boundaries , I will express my concerns , if I feel she is completely out of line , I will say what I need to say and leave it at that , giving her a choice on whether she wants to cross the boundaries or not. Yes, it is a good thing because it will help her learn to respect you. When a guy doesn't put a girl in her place ever and let's her walk all over him, she will not respect him. It is likely working because you are showing her that you to be respected, yes she deserves some respect to but that it's important to respect you as well. So, when you are putting her in her place, and telling her what she did wrong, she is likely to respect you for that.
