I’m a girl and really can’t tell if this girl was flirting or not?

I went and helped a friend out with something this weekend and he had a few of his other friends there. This one girl walked in and stayed in the background a little but was talking a lot and we didn’t really get to talk while I was helping. When I was leaving I walked out and she was smoking outside with another guy who was there and when I walked out I started saying bye to both of them and she asked what was my Instagram ( so did the other guy) and I told her I didn’t really have one then she was like “how am I gonna see what you post and see your day to day” ( something along those lines ) and I laughed and said I don't know and asked if she had Snapchat and she kinda in an over frantic sad way was like “I do but I don’t really use it” then she asked if I had a website ( I’m a writer ) and I hesitated and said “not really” and I said “do you just want my number” and she said she let her phone die earlier but I told her she could get it from someone else. She was gazing at me during this but she was smoking so I don't know if she was high or not. Then she asked what my sign was and I told her a Virgo and she said she’s an Aquarius and she was smiling and then I was like “that’s why we get along/connect lol” and she agreed. Then I was like “you guys are so cool, thanks for coming” and she was like “so are you” and we all said bye and stuff then I left. I have no clue if she was flirting or not.
