Yes. In terms of physical appearance, I've always taken care of myself without being vain or obsessive.

In terms of maintenance of critical feature, IE bones, joints & tendons... No. I've hurt my body beyond repair as a younger man doing MMA, not being wise enough to know that one day, it will come back and punish me.

nope, and being retired I probably won't completely. I do intend to work at improving myself I just won't be go hog wild in doing so. It'll be an ongoing project and subject to occasional forays into a less than healthy activities that brings joy but with a few pounds. I won't let myself get to far out of my standard range but hey nobody's perfect.

Very nearly, yes, give or take realistic imperfection or two bc I’m not my 25yo-badass self anymore. I’m always careful with my body and mind… I respect and take care of myself. I expect those around me to do the same.

What passes for a “dadbod” right now is very unhealthy and needs to be turned around. Guys shouldn’t physically let themselves go. Proper diet and regular exercise are SO important to live a good long life.

Well i have to agree with you here miss dish, you won! That's true, but as long as he's healthy, you can't say no PEPSI for you, if one day you become a housewife miss dish, you must always make sure that there is cold pepsi at home haha...

Personally, i need pepsi to function 😋 plus a big delicious homemade fresh meal, the housewife can become the dessert 🤣🤣

Not just yet. I want about 15 pounds of muscle on me, then I think I'd be a happy camper. I can get to that easily once I started dieting and workout out seriously. But right now, I'm pretty happy with the definition I have. I think I look pretty ripped haha
