Depends on how you define fit.
No, I don't do workouts. Just a little bit chubby at 5'0", 142lbs., and slowly dropping. Despite mental illnesses, I'm physically healthy by my Doctor.
I just do portion control of my food and snack on fruits or vegetables, especially avocados.

Nah not fit since I have a chubby belly but I do workout everyday. Just can't lose the chub cuz of being pregnant and breastfeeding so often

I am fit. I climb 2 to 3x/wk and go to the gym 2 to 3x/wk. Gym is mainly core and upper body (lots of pull-ups)
I do yoga, do a lot of gardening, see a trainer, bicycle, work around my house painting and mowing the lawn and maintaining... I need some more weight training, but I'm OK.
Ehh, kinda. I follow a walking based program called Walk at Home. I’ve been followed it for about three years. It’s on YouTube. 😊
