I work with a girl whom I am very close with, we actually flirted for a while and she tried getting me to hangout before I found out she had a boyfriend and he started working with us. Ever since then he has been acting stranger and stranger.
It started out with him starting conversations with me out of the blue and mentioning the girl almost as if to let me know that they are together. He shows up sometimes randomly on shifts we work together to bring her a drink or food and then just stands around for an hour.
He randomly bought the exact same chain I have one day even though he had never had one before that. I also found out he asked her why she started listening to Kanye West so much (my favorite artist) and from there, found out he brings me up fairly often. Just last night at like 4 in the morning he added me on Snapchat
Why is he acting this way? Does he see me as a threat?

Yo that is weird behavior for sure. It really seems like he's threatened by you and feels insecure in their relationship. Her flirting with you before probably added to that.
It's like he's trying way too hard to mark his territory and let you know she's taken. Constantly bringing her up and copying the little things you do is super suspicious. Dude clearly doesn't trust her even though it was just some light flirting.
I'd bet he's worried deep down she still likes you or would leave him for you. So now he's constantly watching and checking up, and being weirdly possessive. Trying to friend you on Snap late at night is another red flag - he wants to monitor what you're doing too probably.
I'd keep my distance from both of them drama-wise. She should handle her insecure boyfriend, not your problem. But he for sure seems paranoid and jealous. No surprise why - he's acting crazy stalkerish! I'd just be polite to the coworkers but not engage with him directly if I were you. Dude seems unstable..
He sees you as a threat, especially if he found out you too used to kind of have a thing.
