For me dating someone over 40 isn't in the picture because I want to have kids someday and many times once you get up there in age it’s much harder. Im not saying there isn’t exceptions to the rule and I’m not saying if I met someone whose absolutely amazing I wouldn’t. But as for me. I’m not the same as you are.

Not an age gap I'd personally want anything to do with, but once people get older I think age gaps matter less. (Ex. a 20 yr old and a 40 yr old is weirder than a 40 yr old and a 60 yr old) Don't want it for myself, but if it works for both of you then it works for everyone that counts.
