Actual interest or doing it for tips?

I went to this bar last night. Been there before a couple of times. I was chatting with a bartender who I had never met before. As I was chatting with her, it seemed she dug my vibe no question. I was telling her about job, how I’ve traveled a lot, how old I was (I was older than her but she seemed to like that). Then later she asked me if I was single. She also asked when my next trip is I said I’m not sure and she said you should book two tickets. There was a female customer with us and her coworker, a male bartender. They were laughing as she said it. Later on she said have a cute/nice smile. Then later she asked me what my type of girl is. It’s middle eastern, which she is, and I said that. She then asked more specifically what kind of middle eastern. After she left for a minute the female customer sitting there said she’s a nice girl isn’t she and asked if I had a girlfriend, I said no, she said why not etc. Later I told her how I had done this thing I asked her if she had she said no but that we should do it together sometime. I yeah and then said we should exchange contact information. As soon as I said that she went and got her phone and gave it to me so I could put in my number. I told her I’d call my phone so I had hers. I know it’s the job of bartenders to be friendly/flirty for good tips and all but the fact that she gave me her number like that and kept talking like that could be interest right? The female customer seemed to think also and she says she works as a bartender only also. Not sure as you never know.
