Cried too much and now feels like allergies?

I have been crying so much recently over a guy (I wasn't the best person and now believe I am the worst person ever). Honestly, everything from my chest, nose, and eyes hurts like hell now, Is this from allergies, due to all the crying, or both?

Yeah... you need to calm down, get yourself some vicks or eucalyptus oil and sit in a steam bath.

I believe when we get emotionally messed up we become vulnerable physically to infection, to just feeling really crap, hence the way you feel.

Ah I meant summer allergies, eg hay fever. But currently, I feel like I've been crying so much that it feels like actual hayfever instead (with the runny nose, itchy eyes and chest pains)
