Woke up this morning with a stuffing nose and eyes a bit itchy, and a little sore throat, is it my pollen allergy coming back in action mode, if yes, how long would it last?

Aww man, that sucks you're feeling stuffed up and itchy already. Spring allergies are the worst! With your symptoms, it definitely sounds like your pollen allergy is flaring up. As for how long it'll last, it's hard to say for sure since everyone's different. But usually once allergy season hits full swing, you can expect symptoms on and off for a few weeks or even months. A couple things that may help:
- Take an antihistamine like Claritin or Zyrtec. Starting them now at the first sign of symptoms can help prevent things from getting worse.
- Use saline nasal spray a few times a day to rinse out pollen and debris. super soothing!
- Limit time outside in the mornings or evenings when pollen counts are highest.
- Shower and change clothes after being out so you're not tracking pollen back inside.
If it doesn't start improving in a week or so, you might need to see the doc for something stronger. But hopefully just riding it out and doing some relief things will get you feeling better soon. Pollen sucks but at least summer's right around the corner! Hang in there man.
Okok thanks man!
No problem dude, hope you feel better! Just tryin to help a bro out since I know how much that allergy crap can suck. Make sure to rest up and drink lots of water too. We gonna play some Fortnite later or what? Gotta take your mind off it for a bit ya know. Just holler if ya need anything else!
