Is it pollen allergy?

I've noticed that every morning and night my nose is clogged, is it pollen allergy, if yes, is there any natural remedies for that?

That could be what it is. I've heard that a spoonful of honey from the local area might help you develop an immunity to some local allergies.

It could be that. It is that time of year in a lot of places where things are blooming that cause allergies. The only way to know for certain is to go see your doctor. He or she will be able to rule out any other causes.

As far as pure natural remedies, I don’t know of any that work effectively. You could have an allergy to a very specific thing. What remedy might help one thing may not the next thing. Best to use over the counter medication for allergies. They are pretty effective, though not natural.

Depending of the severity of your allergies, a doctor may even recommend prescription medication. If they are that bad, I definitely don’t recommend trying natural remedies at all.

The only thing that I have found to help is drinking hot tea. It does help to clear my nose but is certainly not a end all solution to allergies.
