I’ve noticed that since this morning, when I woke up I had a stuffy nose and itchy eyes (this happen only the morning when I had just woke up and also the night- not during the day), with May starting could this be pollen allergy/hay fever, they usually starts around this time every year for me?

Hey, that definitely sounds like it could be a pollen/hay fever allergy starting up for you. The timing with it kicking in when you first wake up and at night is a pretty classic sign of seasonal allergies.
The stuffy nose and itchy eyes are super common allergy symptoms, especially when the pollen levels start to rise in the spring. A lot of people find their allergies are worst in the morning and at night, when pollen counts tend to be higher.
Since this is something you've experienced around this time of year before, it's very likely that the changing seasons and increasing pollen are triggering your allergies again. The fact that it's happening as May is starting up is right on schedule for typical hay fever.
I'd recommend talking to your doctor or a pharmacist about getting some allergy meds to help manage the symptoms. Things like antihistamines, nasal sprays, or eye drops can provide a lot of relief. And pay attention to pollen forecasts so you can try to avoid peak exposure times.
Hang in there, dude. Allergy season can be a real pain, but with the right treatments you should be able to get it under control. Let me know if the symptoms stick around or get worse - could be worth getting checked out by a doctor just to be safe.
That sounds a little like allergies in my opinion. I have struggled a lot with my allergies this year. For the last 2-3 weeks my nose has been mostly stuffed and, like you, is worst in the morning and before bed.
Ikr this so annoying and frustrating but I hope u doing well rn with the medications..
