What qualities do women find attractive in a guy?

I want a guy who shares my values and has the skills to make it in this world. I prefer he looks good but looks is not a huge factor in who I chose cause if I like his personality, I will find him good looking as time goes on. I liked a guy who was disabled but he was only disabled in one way, he was unbelievably intelligent in other ways that made up for his disability in that one area of his life.
