Is she still interested if she takes 12 hours to text back?

I met a girl a month ago and we’ve went out about 4 times now. She always takes up to 12 hours to respond to texts but has always showed up to our scheduled dates on time. We also have slept together and she still takes this long to respond to texts and never really initiates text conversations. I’m just kind of confused because in person she seems really interested but over text it seems like she doesn’t care at all. Does this mean that she isn’t really interested or is a bad communicator? I know girls are always on their phones so I’m sure she sees the message pretty soon after it comes through. Any input is appreciated.

Are you hovering over the phone? Don't.

Maybe she's busy and doesn't stay glued to her phone texting all day.

You can either (1) follow her example and see how she responds or (2) ask her if she's had a busy day (to basically see that perhaps she was legit. busy).

Follow up by chatting with her about her interest level... make sure you're on the same page.

I worked in an office with a dozen women under 40 and even though we had a rule of no personal phones on your desk, they were constantly texting and it didn't matter how busy we were. She didn't go 12 hours without texting, she went 12 hours without texting you. Don't put effort into a relationship of there isn't effort on their end

I would say that you should be busy and find a better use of your time.

I understand people get busy and some people are bad at texting, but 12 hours for every text is a long time.
