Which guy should I choose out of these both?

Guy 1 - Disrespectful, loyal, uncaring, loves me deeply, obsessive guy and is willing to spend 24x7 for me while he loves me and monster when he doesn't feel loved by me, breaks my heart back when I break his heart and takes me back when I show love to him.

Guy 2 - Not obsessive but just spends 20 minutes in a day with me and not more than that. I'm not his priority but he says that he wants me. He's a caring guy, loves me a little, disappears most of the time and reappear as nothing happened, wastes my time in keeping me to wait. He respects me.

Whom should I select out of these both?

Even if he likes me, he might be inconsistent. The second guy who's interest is wandering here and there hence, may not be completely trusted. At least, guy one have intense emotions if I show him love, he'll be thinking about me 24x7 and puts efforts. But, guy 2 seems different. This guy 2 had an ex in past due to which he shows love, pursues, gets distant. But guy 1 don't have ex and either loves or hates me totally based on the feelings that I show to him. Hence he might be trusted

in the end its all up to u and what u feel is the right and best choice. go with ur gut and ur heart. but think before u choose. think about long term/short term as well if u were to pick 1 or 2. i doubt guy 2 will put much effort than 20 mins and guy i doubt he ghost u
