Word of advice for the ladies, did you know that guys can influence each other on what girl is worth dating?

I hear it all the time from my friends and random guys throughout my life. If a group of guys don’t like a certain girl, they’ll tell every guy to not be with her without any girl knowing. They also spread rumors about a girl’s past. So if you have onlyfans, they’ll spread that knowledge to all the guys. Or if she’s a slut, they’ll spread that out too. Or even if she’s a b****, they’ll spread that too. Like for example, my friend had a girl say “hi” to him, and later on, she texted him saying if any of us were single (we were a group of guys), and he said that she sleeps with anyone. So he texted back with “no.”

Yes, for different reasons guys will discuss particular girls.

• She's Mine. In some cases it's to steer friends away from a girl that the speaker is interested in dating. (Sometimes this backfires bc one of the friends hears about how great the girl is and makes a play for her as well.)
• She's Terrible. In some cases a guy "advertises" that a girl has poor character, poor taste, etc. etc. by way of warning other guys not to date her. (Sometimes the claims are true, sometimes they're just nasty rumors.)
• She's Good/Bad in Bed. In some cases a guy will either brag about or badmouth a girl... again, the reasoning behind the "tmi" information isn't always clear, but typically it's either to brag about his own prowess or to disparage the girl's lack of it.

There's more along these lines, but you get the idea. Guys talk. So if there's a guy who suddenly starts/stops talking to a girl out of the blue... it's pretty easy to trace the reasoning back to an ex or past date.

Yes but real men go for what they want not what others want for him. I had a boyfriend before and none of his friends liked me and would tell him to leave me. He would tell me every time we had an argument that none of his friends liked me and that he should leave me. And I would respond “then maybe you should”. It wasn’t only his male friends though. I remember bone time going on his social media pages just to see and he had posted about me and one of his female best friends commented that he should go for Sarah better. And he had spoken about a girl named stab to me before lol I felt hurt when I saw that but whatever. He still stayed with me.

I left him some time after and he begged me a lot but I just couldn’t stay in that relationship. That was about 5 years ago And I saw he’s in a relationship now but his status is still set to single and he never posts photos of her. Only of himself. I sometimes think that he thinks I’m checking his pages. Im actually not, I simply out of curiosity did it a few weeks ago and saw that.

anyway my point is yes i know that friends tell their friend who they should or shouldn’t be with but not all men listen to what their friends say.

If they really like you they will be with you regardless of what anyone else thinks but of the friends and family are so against, it will eventually drive the other person away.

Those men who don’t listen are ret*rded. Sorry to say. But it’s true. And look at the outcome, you ended up leaving him, and he’s a wreck because of you. He’s not a “real man,” otherwise you would’ve stayed with him. So stop the bs. Stop projecting.

Trust me that if you keep interfering with your friends selections in partners that he will be miserable because of you! Because like I said it will eventually drive the others person away.

You can only give advice. But not keep pestering someone about it. Let them make their own choices. What makes them happy is not the same thing that makes you happy accept it.

Us men are logical to these things. So when see someone struggling, they help each other out. And to me, your ex was better off not meeting you. Would’ve saved him from a heartbreak, and other problems too.

Yes most times friends mean well, but again, if you keep interfering in relationships, you’re looking for your own happiness with what YOU think is good and not for your friend’s happiness. He’ll eventually be with someone that he settles for because his friends like that person and not because he preferred that person, and could have been happier with another that you didn’t approve of. I mean if he’s stupid to always listen to what others want and not what he wants.

You didn’t read a single word I just typed. Take you for example. He was better off not being with you. And now that he did, he’s not the same. If I would’ve listened to my friends about the girls I shouldn’t have liked, I would’ve been better off as well. Men protect each other, or either fight each other. Not in between. That’s feminine trait. Men don’t work like women. Understand that.

Of course people can influence you, but a person will go for someone who they like. Some people care about things like body count while others dont, it actually very individual. But most guys rather compete and would tell other men bad things about a girl cause they want her for themselves.

Not true at all. I don’t want a girl if I tell my friends not to be with her. Unlike women, we mean it when they aren’t good for our friends. That’s a female problem, not a male problem. And yes, guys do care about body count. It is natural or normal. Like Adam22 for example, he’s known as a clown. And that guy is always defending himself by saying he’s rich. But being rich doesn’t do sh*t if your reputation isn’t good.

This is your individual prefrence and of some people you know. Plenty of men would want a girl with high body count as well, thats a fact as many women with high body count get men as well. A lot of men take other men's women. A lot of men care about body count and wouldn't date woman with high one, totally depends on the person. In my experience tho most people dont care about body count and are often desperate, especially men. Thats the real world. Before you come at me, I dont have high body count and I care about man's body count as well.

I am telling you real life, you obviously dont have much experience. Body count is not the only thing a person can look for in a partner. It's also about looks, personality and many other things, and one cannot have it all. Many people that met a person that clicks with them personality wise, attract them physically is what makes it enough for them regardless of body count. Most men would want to get with Angeline Jolie and they dont care who she fucked or that she had 3 kids. If you want a virgin, thats okay, many other men want too, but I am telling you reality of life.

I care about body count. My current girlfriend has three. And any more than that, I would think of her differently. But she does have it all, and we love each other very much. But body count does matter because it reflects who you are as a person. Regardless it you’re a woman or a man. And Angelina Jolie is ugly. Most men would be with her for money.
