Is she making me jealous,

So I've become good friends with the girl and we get along so well and been out and its like there is sexual tension and great bond.

So recently she posted a photo of her and this guy and never seen her post with a boyfriend or anything. We have been talking about a project together a phot shoot where she is wearing a sexy outfit. She kept saying Im so excited and can't with , that was a few weeks ago. I have not talked to her really since. Should I been reaching out?
