Hello , I don’t know what to do ,

My mother bought an apartment in Turkey and registered the apartment in my name and my sister gave up and does not want the apartment, and after the day the apartment became mine, and after the days and months passed, my sister wanted the apartment from me and wanted if I sold it in the future she wants half the amount,,


My mom told me before I will buy apartment and register for you because you are a lone. MY sister she got husband and she got kids

At end my mom she gave it to me because I am a lonely. Before my sister rejected she doesn’t wanna be ownership with me she told my mom give the apartment to my sister she deserves that but why she changed her mind she need the half money if i sold in future!

I gave her room in my apartment when she traveled with her husband i gave her my keys to stayed whatever she wanted.

So your mom bought you an apartment. Your sister was offered an equal share but declined. She has now changed her mind and wants the equivalent in money.

Sounds like something she should take up with your mom and not with you. Trying to make her past choices your problem seems unfair.

For example, My mom’s bought the apartment cost like 17K and for my sister nothing she said to me let my mom bought it for you I don’t wanna share it with you. But when Turkish real estate became more if i sold it i will earn around 25,000 and my sister she need the money half if i sold it in future. But for me she doesn’t have the right to play with me I don’t wanted take it for you and now the apartment my name on.
