Is it weird to not be jealous of my girlfriend kissing an actor?

She has to do it for a role, I haven't been worried or jealous like some other guys I know would be.

Sure, it's weird, but it likely isn't unhealthy nor signals being uncaring, either. It can signal that you're comfortable within the relationship to trust this person (girlfriend) is kissing this other person for her role as an actress. I mean, it's hard to make a movie that has intimate physical scenes without, well, the intimacy, involved, to be acted out as to be convincing rather than genuine. Most movies just don't usually sell well without such scenes, sometimes.

I wouldn't worry about it, unless you caught this person cheating on you with whomsoever,; even then, if she did, it doesn't always mean what it seems unless she's saying she didn't want to be with you anymore. And considering she's only a girlfriend and not a wife, well, you do the math on how much you want to invest in the relationship from thereon out.
