I mean I'd argue that just means you're able to mentally and emotionally acknowledge that they aren't being physically intimate out of real feelings for one another. Could easily be a sign of strong trust towards your girlfriend. Unless that feels incorrect for some reason (meaning there might be another explanation) then feel free to assume it's a good thing
