In my eyes that’s not a good boyfriend. He shouldn’t be hanging around a woman he’s attracted to when he has a girlfriend, it’s disrespectful to you. What he should do is diffuse the situation whether it’s seeing her less or not at all. Big red flag in my opinion.

It's a bit concerning for sure. Unless he's not attracted to her at all, you have every right to be concerned. By all means, you should be the only girl he finds special and amazing if he truly loves you and only you
